We collect only what you give us: your name, business name, email, Google Business Profile link, and the public reviews on that profile.

We use it to write your sample and subscription replies and to email you about your service.
03.Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
04.Sharing and retention
We do not sell your information.
We keep it while you are a customer, or for up to 12 months after a sample request, and delete it on request.
05.Your choices
Contact replydesk7@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data.
06.Applicable law
We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, including PIPEDA and US state privacy laws where they apply.
